Yes it's being used for over active bladder. But you should be evaluated properly with USg and uroflometey study to rule out obstructtive voiding.

You should get your bladder capacity evaluated along with post void residue in ultrasound report. Also want to see uroflowmetry report.

Kindly repeat the ultrasound and get a urine examination done along with a rft (renal function test) which is a blood test to see your kidney health.

You need to be evaluated with clinical examination, a urine routine examination, urine culture, ultrasound kub with post void residue estimation, urodynamic test and then be treated accordingly.

Cont medicine as advised. Do following
1, pass urine maximum quantity at one time. Even if it takes little more time, may relax in between.
2, no alcohol
3. Tea and coffee less.
4. No unnecessary medicine for other disease. 5. Less fluid at bed time
6. Pass urine in sitting position
7. Daily walk for 30 mts
8. Eat more fruits and vegetables.

Please make a voiding diary for three days take a help of google for it please also get ultrasound kub pvr and uroflowmetry pvr get repeat urine routine and microscopy and culture.

First increase the dose of detrusitol to 4 mg. Still if it does not help you then add tab mirabegron 25 mg twice daily along with detrusitol and see how is the response.

10 days history is mostly due to dehydration or infection. Do urine culture. Want to know in details about prevoid and post void volume status in usg report. Do a uroflowmetry test. Mostly it ll subside with antibiotics and supportive treatment. Also make it sure that you are not drinking excess liquids. Consult your urologist for proper treatment.
