Hello, Vomikind contains ondansetron which according to few studies may increase the risk of cleft palate in pregnancy, however this drug is often used in pregnancy but it should not be used as first line drug for nausea and vomiting more so in first 12 weeks.
The first line drug should be a combination of doxylamine and pyridoxine.

Many patients do have vomiting in pregnancy which may be severe in some. If it is severe hospitalisation may also be required but generally this should settle by 4 th month

The medicine is okay. Try to take small quantities of food at frequent intervals. Do not take deep fried food. Dry items would be better. If you like, please contact me for further advice.

Hello
Vomiting and nausea generally occurs in first three months of pregnancy. Eat frequent small meals in day instead of three proper meals. Visit an obstetrician for checkup. Increase your fluid intake.
