Give syp montair lc 5 ml once daily. No role of b complex. Use can use syp rantac 2.5 ml twice daily with syp omnacortil.

Corticosteroids is used for 30 years first line treatment for adult immune thrombocytopenia (itp) most common regimen is oral prednisone 1 mg /kg/dal slowly tapering to lowest possible dose based on platelet count )during a period of week .with itp the bodys immune system mistakenly destroy platelet count.

The treatment is fine if its acute onset bell's palsy. Wysolone will be gradually tapered and omitted. Make sure your bp is under 140/90.
