lybrate-user, Lipicure tablet is given in a person who has increased lipid level (cholesterol) particularly total cholesterol, LDL & Triglycerides. In a person with diabetes most often there dyslipidemia (increased lipids). Therefore such a tablet is given. Fenofibrate is more often used when triglycerides are increased. Thanks.

Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Reduce these in diet. Increase intake of traditionally healthy foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter etc. It will improve triglycerides and is healthy for heat. For more information please discuss on phone. Avoid medicines. These can worsen liver enzymes. Cholesterol 150-310 are ok. It is best to reduce triglycerides by diet. Medicine is poor option, to be avoided. Best wishes.

A triglyceride level of less then 300 mg/dl needs not to be treated with fenofibrinates.

45 min of strenous exercise should be done every day, 30 minutes of walk at speed not less then 5.1 km/hr should be done daily
avoid ghee ...more
