i think it is ti be given every 4 week/ 28 days .fix a day ( sun/ mon or any day) and give on the same day after 4 weeks . if given on 11 sep wednesday next will be 09 0ct wednesday.good luck

If you r a known case of endometriosis then you need clearance surgery by laparoscopy to make you comfortable. Dienogest or any other medicine does not prevent progression of disease. It has to be taken out by laparoscopy only by expert gyne lap surgeon. Contact in private for more info.

Follow up regularly with your urologist
regularly monitor serum psa/psa3
do metastatic workuo regularly
i.e. Psma pet ct / mp mri of prostate

No, you can't concieve without having period. You'll have to get a serial ultrasound done after the zoladex treatment to see if endometrioma has reduced in size. If not then go for surgical removal of your chocolate cyst following which it would be easier to concieve.

In my opinion you should take minimum of 2 zoladex if the endometriosis is moderate. Wait for menses and then start treatment.

The question is not very clear. If you have a metastatic ca prostate and you were put on hormone ablation therapy your disease should be regularly monitored with your psa values.

Hello Doctor I need your help with regards to my father health, brief history of his medical treatment going on: 1. My father in the month of Nov 2017 diagnosed with Prostate Cancer Stage 4, 2. His prostate is spread to back bone and some parts of lungs being Bone Metastasis. His PSA level done in Nov 2017 shown level 782 3. His radiation therapy has been already completed with forties Hospital 4. He has been recommended with zoledronic acid every month with First dose given on 15th Nov 2017 and second on 15th Dec 2017 and zoladex injection every 3 month with first dose on 15th Nov 2017 next due in Feb 2018 5. Doctor after radiation therapy had suggested oral medicine i.e Abiraterone 1000 mg dose is given every day along with prednisone dose. 6. On 14th Jan 2017 his second PSA was done with reduce level of 41. Now doctor is suggesting to continue with the same Oral Medicine along with zoledronic Acid and Zoladex every 3 months We need your advice on the treatment being given to my Father as we keep getting suggestions on going for chemotherapy or other domestic treatment. We would like to do the best for my father’s health. Regards Vaibhav.

Hi, abiraterone and zoledronic acid are good choices. But instead of zoladex which would cost you about 15 to 16k every 3 months, you can get his testes removed surgically in about 30k. Same effect. If abiraterone doesn't work go for chemo.
