Dr. Jaswal passed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Amritsar in 1982 and MD (Medicine) from the same college iN 1986. He passed his DM (Cardiology) from PGI Chandigarh and after that he worked at IGMC Shimla and AIIMS on deputation.
