Another area which is very important is urinary problems like stress urinary incontinence in women, some women have leakage of urine, poor control and this can be very easily treated by small minimally invasive procedures and the results are very good and they have complete remission from the problem.

Another aspect which is evolving is laser and cosmetic surgery in the vaginal cosmetology and vaginal rejuvenation surgery. I have a special interest in this and I perform a lot of vaginal rejuvenation procedures by laser and also minimally invasive techniques.

Robotics has offered a great advantage in treating gynaecological cancers especially endometrial cancer. The latest generation of robot is Xi da Vinci generation for offering these services to the patients in best possible way in a very reasonable and attractive packages we made for these patients to help them seek the best modality to treat their condition and go home very early from the hospital, decreasing the hospitalization duration and the chance of infection, increasing safety of the procedure.

However, I employ the laparoscopic method for many other surgeries like performing the hysterectomy, removing the uterus for benign conditions, treating patients for infertility who find it difficult to conceive because of tubal blocks and endometriosis and other problems like intracavitary growths which can be treated very well by hysteroscopy. Congenital anomalies in women can also be treated by this method.

I also specialize in treating patients having chronic pelvic pain or uro-gynaecological problems like urine issue, simple problems like poor control of urine, painful urination, frequent urination or hesitant urination also are uro-gynaecological problems which can be treated by medical and surgical interventions. The methods of diagnosis may involve proper assessment of the urine which can be routinely examined, culture sensitivity and ultrasound of the urinary bladder, ureter and the kidneys and clinical examination which will involve local examination and assessment of the patient's symptoms. After this, there might be specialized investigations such as uro-dynamic study which may also give a better idea of the process of urination and uro-flowmetry and then the patient can be subjected to proper management to relieve the complaints.

At times we may do an endoscopic evaluation of the bladder known as cystoscopy which may give us insights of the internal organic problem of the urinary bladder and the ureter's urinary flow of the urine inside the bladder and the assessment of the urethra and its sphincters. I usually treat patients who have gynaecological anomalies or complaints and diseases pertaining to the uterus, ovaries, fertility, fallopian tubes and various conditions causing chronic pelvic pain. Gynaecological disorders can be classified into various disorders. First, the disorders can be ailments of the uterus, heavy bleeding, abnormal bleeding, painful bleeding. Then there are certain disorders which can affect the ovaries. There maybe cyst in the ovaries, there may be bulky ovaries causing polycystic ovarian disease or maybe ovarian tissue tumors.

Then there will be diseases of the cervix which is the mouth of the uterus or the opening of the uterus. There can be bleeding arising from the cervix which may need evaluation in the form of pap smear or biopsy and then the treatment according to the pathology. Then there are various complaints like difficulty in conceiving in which the female partner may have anomalies of the uterus on the fallopian tube or the ovaries which can be treated minimally invasively by fertility enhancing surgeries and the patient can be assisted to conceive and improve their fertility. There are other problems in women which can be signs of origin of cancer pertaining to either the uterus or the cervix or the ovaries or the fallopian tubes or even the lower genital tract. These conditions also if diagnosed well in time can be treated by endoscopic method on the minimally invasive method or robotic surgery.
