Dear Lybrate User, You should wait for 3 months after surgery and then get sperm analysis to know your fresh sperm count.

If sigmoid is removed. It can't occur again but if derotation was done in an emergency then it can reoccur.

You need to confirm the grade of piles. Grade 1 n 2 can be managed with medicines. Grade 3 n 4 will need surgery.
