My excellent efforts and research in ophthalmology earned me the Padmashree award from the President of India in 2008, and I currently serve as the Chief Surgical and Medical Director at the Mehta International Eye Institute. I have performed numerous successful procedures in my 50 years as an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon, including canaloplasty, refractive surgery, corneal surgery, eye muscle surgery, oculoplastic surgery, eyelid surgery, orbital surgery, anterior segment surgery, cataract surgery, eye surgery, corneal transplantation, retina surgery and lasik, vitreoretinal surgery, LASIK eye surgery, and many other ocular surgeries.
