Since her weight is OK, I am not too bothered. Give small amount of mashed fruits, khichdi etc. Try new thing one at a time at a gap of 2 to 3 days.

Start iron - tonoferon pediatric drops. Regarding urine problem will have to get it checked from pediatric surgeon or pediatrician for any stenosis or other problem.

Increase intake of calcium and vitamin d. If still delayed dentition is there, check thyroid levels and can consult pediatric dentist.

You can give syrup septilin daily. Improve her diet by including fruits and green vegetables, eggs etc.

Rule out urinary tract infection by getting a urine routine test done. Do not give liquids in evening. Check for any stress factors at school or with friends.
