Consult a ent surgeon start medication once ear pain is resolved consult ortho surgeon and treatment as advised.

Wait for 3 wks complete rest to shoulder in brace start mobilisation at 3 wks if painful or restricted get mri done.

If the focus is there in the bone you may get infection anytime in your life. Nothing to do with gym. You can join and start gym if you want to.

U need to get knee xray done. If you have not taken any treatment that consult a orthopedic surgeon. If severe arthritis than knee replacement
