stop putting oil in ears.. do not put any ear drops.. keep ear dry max times.. start oral antibiotic (amox-clav) for 7days..

There are some vaccines whch you do not get in govt setup. So better is gv govt vaccines n cover only those unavailable in govt setup wid pvt setup vaccines.

Please show a paediatrician. This does not look like diet deficient weight problem. U need to rule out underlying systemic cause, if any, by required tests.
