Yes you can take it. But it looks like a case of Allergic Rhinitis. Why do not you go for IgE and Phadiatop Blood test and go for Anti Allergic Vaccination.

You will have to do a few Tests like CT Scan of Para Nasal Sinuses, Allergy testing, and Go for FESS Operation (Removal of Polyps)
