Take some muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory medication and put some ice packs on painful parts. Tab Enzoflam BD.

Take rest for 2 days with Anti inflammatory and muscle relaxants Tab Hifenac P Tab Myoril. Come over if there is no relief.
