Sorry, there is no permanent cure for thalassemia as far as I know. Repeated timely blood transfusion is the answer.

No milk is better than mother's milk. Give exclusive breastfeeding up to 6 months of age. Baby is under wt.

Mosquito net is good to prevent mosquito bite. U may use any repellent available in market with precautions mentioned in leaflet provided with or printed on container.
