Yeah if pain is that severe then better to ho ahead under local anaesthesia. So that the pain will not be experienced by the patient.

5th day after possible implantation, when is it OK to do home pregnancy test? And if the urine has to be morning urine or can be urine from any time during the day?

Yeah its ok no problem you may go for d pregnancy test. Anytime urine taken as sample is good but early morning urine sample is always better for d test.

U need root canal treatment for your affected tooth followed by cap. Dnt bite any hard stuff till you get d cap fixed over d tooth.
