Usually, in this infection, we get around ring like itchy rashes on the body. It is very common in areas where sweating happens more. So groin is the first and foremost common area and from that particular area , the infection spreads to other body parts. Fungal infections are very contagious. This spreads from people to people.
The groin is the most common area, through the scratching or through the frequent touching of that particular part it can spread to our other body parts. And through the sharing of towels, sharing of bed sheets clothes it spreads to the other family members. So family members are usually at risk. If a person acquires this kind of fungal infection he needs to follow some tips to prevent it or to cure it so that it won’t spread to the contacts. So he has to take bath 2-3 times in a day.
His clothes should be washed separately in hot water. It should be dried in the sunlight and it should be ironed inside out before wearing. This helps to prevent the infection to the family members. The second common area is the feet. To prevent the feet fungal infection , one should wear cotton socks and leather shoes. And socks should be changed regularly. Don’t follow the advice from friends or chemists. Usually, it leads to inadequate treatment and due to this , complications can happen.

Hello! I m Dr. Siddheshwar. I m a dermatologist.
In this video, I will speak about the prevention of premature hair greying. Hair greying is defined as a whitening of the hairs due to damage or destruction of the colour producing cells called as a melanin. If this greying happens before 25 years of age it is called as a premature and if it happens after 25 years it is called as mature hair greying. Usually in premature hair greying the treatment works and there is reversible of grey hairs to the black hairs. In mature hair greying treatment are usually not successful.
So why this premature hair greying happens? The first and the foremost cause is the genetic factors. If parents have some genes which are actually not functioning well to produce the pigmenting in individual it may lead to the premature hair greying. The second common cause is the stress. Stress, regular stress, long-term stress will lead to production of the hormone called as the androgen and these slowly destroys the melanin which leads to the premature hair greying.
Other than these most of our individuals, most of the individuals in these age group they like junk food and there is always a deficiency of some vitamins, minerals and proteins which actually contributes in major way to the greying of the hairs. Other than these some systemic disorders like hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism they also contribute to the premature hair greying. Use of chemicals on the hairs like coloring agents or hair styling gels these also contribute to the hair greying.
If a particular individual has an allergy to hair care products and he keeps using those this also contribute to the hair greying. Now how to prevent the hair greying? As you know we know the causes we need to target these. First stress, to avoid stress you need to practice meditation and yoga. You need to drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water daily to prevent the toxic metabolic production at the hair root level. Good healthy diet which includes vitamin A, vitamin C and lot of proteins and minerals helps to prevent and it helps to reverse the premature hair greying.
One should eat more of these foods. One should keep good scalp hygiene. Hair should be washed 2 to 3 times in a week with a good shampoo. Avoid using chemical based hair care products like coloring agents, straightening, ironing, these in term long term they will lead to the premature hair greying. So these should be avoided repeatedly for long term. There is a home remedy which most of the people follow and it works some way to prevent the premature hair greying or to reverse the premature hair greying.
Amla, the Indian gooseberry it helps to prevent, you can eat it or you can be meshed it make it a powder mix it in a coconut oil and you can apply it as a mask 2 to 3 times in a week which helps to prevent and reverse the premature hair greying. Even after doing these methods if your hair greying is not responding then please contact nearby dermatologist for more advanced specialized treatment because these are not the common causes, there are some other common causes which dermatologist will evaluate and treat you accordingly.
This home remedy is not helping not responding in your cases please contact nearby dermatologist he will evaluate your case and treat with advanced treatments.
