its muscular pain. take any pain killer to relieve the pain. local ointment like violin gel may help.

Please consider bypass as its a good option and will relieve her of her chest pain/angina/ breathlessness. No ayurvedic drug will provide the relief that surgery offers.

An increase in heart beat might be due to a heart beat problem. Record an ECG to see if there is a heart beat problem when she has the symptoms.
