You are having cavity with pain means cavity has reached to the nerve. Now this cavity can't be simply filled, it requires root canal treatment.

Hi lybrate-user take proper treatment i. E. Root canal treatment for that tooth as soon as possible otherwise you have to remove that tooth if it is badly destructed.
