Using Nicotex gum is found to be beneficial in some people for quitting the smoking habit. Most important is the person himself has to be ready to quit smoking and then try this for a few weeks and stop that too. There are a few side-effects but those are usually minor and managable. Thanks.

Hello, I must congratulate you for getting rid of a deathly habit. Excessive consumption of chewing gum might cause insomnia, headache, flu like symptoms, nausea, dizziness, chest pain with anxiety, irritability. Hence, you should review the consumption nicotex.

If you want to quit smoking do not take cigarette. Only take nicotex, keep yourself busy, do regular brisk walking, of 45 minutes, eat healthy and nutritious diet. Also add calcium and iron tab in your daily routine.

Select particular date. Avoid those company who are smoker. When thoughts occur say to yourself hold on for 5 mins. And engage yourself in activities, busy yourself in task.

Every time when u have craving for smoking... Usually 4-5 times daily ...then gradually reduce it with time once u can handle ur cravings
