My name is Dr. Birinder Singh Thind. Dil ke sabhi bimariyon ke lakshan ek hi type ke hote hain. Jaise ki sans ka fulna, chest pain, or ghabhrahat. Aksar log hopital jate hain, ECG krate hain or ye check krate hain ki unko koi dil ki bimari to nhi hai. ECG ye nhi btata ki apko heart ki koi bimari hai ya nhi. Heart ki bimariyon ko hum detect krte hain echocardiography se. Aaj hum heart ke most important part ki bat krenge. Usko valve bolte hain. 4 chamber heart ke jode hote hain valve se. Valve me leakage bhi ho skta hai.
Isko detect krne ke lia echocardiography se detect kia jata hai. Is se hum ye dekhte hain ki valve sakht hai ya leakage ho rhi hai. Ye janna islia jruri hai quki iska ilaj bhi isi pe depend krta hai. Agar valve sakht hai to time ke sath iska testing krte haian. Hum patient ko regular medications suggest krte hain. Hum try krte hain ki medicines se jitna jyada thik kia ja ske utna shi hai. Ye ek bhut hi normall and important test hai. Heart ki bhut sari bimariyan hain jo hum iske through hi detect krte hain. 10 mins bina kisi dard ke apko apki bimari ka pta chal jayega. Or shi ilaj shi time pe dia jayega.

Aaj hum heart ki bhut hi sadaran investigation ke bare me discuss krenge jisko kehte hain echocardiography. Ye ultrasound machine pe ki jati hai. Ye hume heart ki bhut sari jankari deti hai. Jruri nhi hai ki agar kisika ECG thik hai to usko heart ki bimari nhi hai. Echocardiography me hum heart ko pura andar se study krte hain. Iske 4 chamber wall ke dwara jude hote hain. Echocardiography ke through hum heart ka function, blood supply, muscles work dekhte hain. Normally ek hi bimari famous hai vo hai heart attack.
