Agar ye 1st year of life me ho rha hai to hume ise bhut serious lena chaiye. Quki kisi bhi infant ko urinary tract infection usually nhi hota hai. Iske evaluation ke 3-4 tools use kia jate hain. Jisme sabse pehla ultrasound hai. Lekin ultrasound 100% proof nhi deta hai. Iske lia hmare pas or modalities hain jaise MCU, DTPA. MCU se dekha jata hai ki urine bache me upar ki traf to nhi ja rha hai. Bachon ko anti biotic bhi dia jata hai jis se ki baar baar infection na ho. Constipation ko prevent krna sabse important chiz hai.

Agar constipation hai to sabse pehle use treat krna chaiye. Hume ye bhi dhyan rkhna pdta hai ki jab ise diagnose kia gya tha to iska sample kaise collect kia gya tha. Agar bacha puri trha se toilet krne ke lia trained nhi hai to catheter daal ke urine ka sample collect krna chaiye. Parent darte hain ki hum catheter daal ke sample kaise collect krenge. Lekin ye simple method hai. Jo urine apne test ke lia rkha hai, use ghar pe na rkhen. Immediately lab me de. Agar ye ghar me rkha rhega to contamination ka chance badh jata hai. Iske lia hume decide krna hota hai ki kis type ka treatment better hai. Isme surgery ka role bhut kam hai. Surgery kidney failure ko prevent nhi kregi.

Isme bachon ke urine me bhuut sara protein ane lgta hai. Protein ki kami ho jati hai and swelling ho jati hai. Bache ka cholesterol bhi badh jata hai. Ye disease 2-12 saal ke bachon ko effect krti hai. Ye 1 time disease nhi hai. Ye disease baar baar aati hai. Steroid iska treatment hai. Hume iske lia dusri medicines ka use krna chaiye. Dusri chiz hum dekhte hain ki bache ko steroid ke side-effects na aye. Aise bacho ko oral polio, varicella vaccine nhi dena chaiye. Vo medicine rukne ke bhi 6 weeks tak hume wait krna chaiye.

Agar kbhi bache ko koi or problem hota hai like chickenpox to hume doctor se jrur milna chaiye. Kisi bhi disease ko steroid se lightly nhi lena chaiye. Ahar koi side-effects hain to it means hum kuch galat kar rhen hain. Dusri important chiz patient ka contribution hai. Side-effects permanent nhi hote hain. Isme 3 months me ek bar check-up krana hota hai. Bachon ka height and weight ka test kia jata hai. Baki is bimari se darne ki koi jrurat nhi hai. Is treatment ko thoroughly len and doctor se discuss kren. Agar koi complications hota hai to pediatric nephrologist se consult kren.

Agar vo pehle hi diagnose nhi kia gya to kidney khrab hone ke chances hote hain. Agar bacha 5 saal se bada hai, to bache ke urine me blood ana common hai. Iske lia doctor se salah leni chaiye. Jaise jaise obesity badh rha hai vaise hi blood pressure bhi badh rha hai. Bachon ka routine blood pressure check hona chaiye. Hume dhyan rkhna chaiye ki bache ko or koi preshani na ho.
