It needs to be seen clinically whether the discoloration on your teeth is due to fluorosis or tobacco stains. The treatment will vary accordingly.

If you have not swallowed it, its ok. It should not harm you. Thoroughly rinse your mouth with water. In case any symptoms appear visit a physician.
