May be you are sensitive to local anaesthesia. Furher you have to go for sensitivity test to rule out the thing.

Lybrate-user only medicine will not work on spongy gums n pyrrhoea. You have to go for scaling and curettage with medication. Flap surgery if required.

Yes you hv to go for completion of rct with permanent restoration together with crown of tooth. If not complted it may infected n fractur of tooth.
