Hi Sir, Anything in excess is not good for health. Stop drinking beer 2 lit. Eat food that too healthy and nutritious. Exercise everyday.

Hii, To get rid of constipation protein will not be helpful. What you need is fibre and plenty of water. So I suggest you to have flax seeds n salads n lots of liquid.
