Removal of impacted teeth will not cause any harm to any anatomic structure. If they are really aching then you should get them extracted.

Recently I have diagnosis with impacted teeth. Wisdom teeth are emerging but space is crowded already. My doctor says I have to remove all four of them. Does it really needed? Can not I get some medication to stop the growth of these vestigial teeth? If I remove does it effect any maxofacillaous tissues which arise any future problems.

It is due to attrition (daant ka ghisna). We need to find the reason for it. Then only we can treat it. You need to visit your dentist.

Actual my teeth is automatically cut upper parts of the teeth, what is the reason please give reason.

Sahil the bad odour is due to the food lodgement in the space. You can keep the are clean by using a interdental brush. But if the problem still persist then get your wisdom teeth extracted because this will lead to decay of your adjacent teeth.

One of my wisdom tooth is not coming out completely its like coming sideways and is having a very large gap in between  which has a strange odour.
