Hi, I am Dr. Sunil Ugile, Proctologist. I treat in the field of piles, fissure, and fistula by ayurvedic treatment. Ayurvedic treatment means some ayurvedic medicines like an ayurvedic kshar sutra. Since the last 21 years. I completed my graduation from Pune university in 1997. After that, I completed my special training program of anorectal disease which is conducted by Central Government Health Department - Aayush. Now I am in Pune. My clinic name is Pune Piles Care. In the field of anorectal and when I started my practice, so many changes in trend. According to the change in demand of the piles and I have upgraded myself. When I started to practice, I do injection therapy, sclerotherapy, and kshar sutra. I have seen the results and complications like secondary bleeding, incontinence, recurrence. In the context of treatment and results, I was satisfied with all those things but I was not satisfied in terms of pain. After treatment, the patient suffers from pain for 10-15 days. That's why I thought to upgrade to something new and advanced technology. I did so many tours around the world. So many technologies I have found in the world. I am also preparing for some technologies for 2 years. In this treatment, there is no incontinence, no pain, no bleeding. Duration of the treatment is only 4-5 hours. Nowadays, I also have started to improvised skills and Now I have started laser techniques. hemorrhoidal pexy, hemorrhoidal sclerotherapy with the help of lasers. In the field of fistula, there is one treatment which is called as kshar sutra which is the old standard treatment. Since last 1 year, I have upgraded kshar sutra technology with the help of laser. It is integrated technology which is named as MILA therapy. It is a combination of treatments. I am using laser, kshar sutra. I am very happy that I have managed the remaining complications and pain of the patient. Minimum means it is very less. Very small cut with laser technology. This is my new innovation, my new dream. We give successful results to the patient of piles, fissure, fistula. With these technologies, nowadays I am planning not to use scissors and stitches. The patient does not require the dressings. This is my dream. Anorectal diseases also have their own limitations, own complications like pain, bleeding. But I have conquered these complications. We can say in the last 2-3 years the recovery of the patient os in 2-3 weeks but now it is like 2-3 days. It is a modern era and all the technologies have been brought from different places.
