The chances of conception in one natural cycle is around 8 percent. You could also get your tubal patency tested

Fertigyn helps only in release of the mature egg, you may not require it everytime. You can do ovulation monitoring with timed intercourse

You can expect your periods within a week of stopping regesterone. If still no periods and the pregnancy test is negative, get usg done.

Please get your tubal patency checked by HSG. If it is normal, you can go for assisted reproductive techniques like IUI

Since you have tried naturally for a couple of months and rest of your reports are normal, you can try assisted reproductive techniques like iui.
