As long as there was no penetration there should be no risk for STI from nuru massage. Nude body rubbing and the oil used in the course of the massage does not represent an STI risk unless it leads to penetrative sex (which, as you know, it often does). The irritation and possible discharge you noticed was almost certainly not related to the activity you describe. It may be worthwhile to point out that most men do have a small and variable amount of normal genital discharge which can be noticed if one is looking for it. Such normal discharge is typically most evident in the morning on awakening.
