Hi I need a certificate stating that no circumcision is required when natural circumcision is there. The fore skin of my penis is detached naturally by birth. Can anyone provide me such certificate after my physical examination? I need this certificate for marrying the girl I love.

Only after physical examination we can actually determine whether or not a whole circumcision has beeen done, if your penis lacks the foreskin then obviously there is no need for any circumcision. But for that we need to examine you once physically. Thank you.
