You can use medicines locally but don't take orally there are simple and safer medicines for discharge try antifungal powder like clotrimazole sold as mycoderm c. Use it locally by sprinkling it around affected areas. By the way some discharge is normal. If it's affected and smells, get checked by culture test and take safer medicines locally and orally if required.

Do not take nuforce, as it's not recommended in pregnancy. Rather go for high vaginal swab culture, let the infection be diagnosed and then treated accordingly. Some amount of discharge in preganacy is normal.
