Dear Lybrateuser, - For your problem you have to avoid constipation & straining at stools - have more of fibrous foods, vegetables including green leafy ones, fruits, whole grains, legumes, beans, sprouts, nuts - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - avoid spicy, fried, processed & junk food, also avoid alcohol & smoke if you do - apply Smuth cream before & after defecation - mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water & have it twice a day, morning & before bedtime at night - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, also do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning for proper digestion & smooth bowel movement.
