The risk of HIV transmission is absolutely negligible from a razor cut at barber shop, as the virus is not able to sustain outside the blood product, and therefore the chances of transmission are very very negligible. Although as a standard procedure, it is said that one should all kind of such incidences. So don't unnecessarily worry and be anxious. Take care.
