Hello- If a man is born with two testicles, he will produce sperm and semen in both. There could be reduced semen production as a result of having only one testicle, and sometimes it depends on why there is only one testis, but fertility is not affected in most cases. Its better to post your semen analysis reports and your wife's pelvic ultrasound report for further guidance.

A man with a single testis is very capable of producing a child as is a lady with one ovary however the chances come down to 50% I would advice you to consult a competent certified specialist sexologist who can advice you and treat you too. If you want you can consult me online too via Lybrate. All the best and do not give up hope and do not get over stressed as this will impair the ability of producing healthy sperms and eggs. Continue to have sex regularly at least 3-4 times a week as that would increase your chance of conception. Please consult a specialist even if it's online and seek profound medical advice. Thank you.
