I am 38 weeks pregnant. Have not been able to sleep well since third trimester started. Last 2 nights I could not even sleep for a hour. Now I am so fatigued that I have developed anxiety. The moment I lie down on my bed, I get scared amd wake up. Any medicine that is safe to take to help ease anxiety and insomnia.

It's perfectly normal to feel the way you are feeling presently. Try to do some meditation and do deep breathing when you get these panic attacks. Warm milk and bathing at bedtime will help soothing your nerves. Even instrumental music not high beat one will also help. All the best.
