Tiny 2.1 mm sized calculus noted in lower pole calyx: 2.The left kidney measures 8.7 x 4.4 cms. Tiny 2.3 mm sized calculus noted in upper pole calyx. 3. 1) 5 mm vesical calculus. 2) Fullness of right renal pelvicalcyceal system. 3) Bilateral tiny renal calculus. Small calculi are present both in kidney and baldder. At present no operative procedure required. You give her plenty of fluids. Get a repeat sonography done after 21 days. If still stones present consult a general surgeon or urologist.
