Neither warm water or Triphla are the causes of your late sleep. DSPS (Delayed sleep phase syndrome) most commonly occurs during adolescence. Develop Good sleep habits. Habits should include going to bed and waking up at the same times on weekends as on weekdays; avoiding caffeinated products (e.g, coffees, teas, colas, some non-cola pops, energy drinks, chocolates, and some medications. Avoid other stimulants and products that can disrupt sleep (e.g, alcohol, sleeping pills, nicotine); maintaining a cool, quiet and comfortable bedroom; and avoiding activities before bedtime that are stimulating (e.g, computer games and television). Stop sleeping during day time. You can also try good heavy dinner. But not recommended regularly. Have some workout or gym in the evening. Do meditation before sleeping. You can do it in Supine position too. Read some interesting books.
