You can use this home made remedy-Crush 8-10 garlic cloves into paste and mix with lime juice. Apply on scalp And keep for half hour. Then rinse with warm water.

Coat your hair thoroughly with mayonnaise. Cover it tightly with plastic or a shower cap. You can even wrap a towel over the plastic. Leave it on for a minimum of five to six hours. Wash your hair well with your regular shampoo. Dry your hair using a hair dryer as the hot air ensures the lice are dead. Use a nit comb to remove the lice and nits. Repeat once a week for about two months.
