My grandmother is suffering from bone TB in spine l1&l2 from 6 months but from last 2 months she is not able to walk and sit properly for few seconds also, according to the recent X-RAY of spine conducted shows that her L5 of is collapsed and bone formation has started at l1& l2, what should be the remedy I.e. Medicine or operation.

Bone tb usually takes long time to resolve. But since she is suffering from activity limitation. She needs to have a team approach by a pulmonologist and ortho spine specialist. You can see me for the needful, she needs proper medical and if required spinal fixation.
