I am 21, I suffer with frequent headaches in specially summer or whenever I go out in sun or driving bike when the weather is warm to hot. These aches even after reaching home do not go away n stay for hours and it is unbearable .And I also observed that whenever I don't eat long time ie postponed my lunch or dinner due to some work I get headache instead of feeling hungry. I can no more focus on my work once it started but I forcefully finish my work. How can I avoid these headaches and most importantly how to deal when the headache starts?

Don't worry. Your having migraines. They are one of the most common headache type. And some of the triggers you identified- like getting headaches with dehydration or with skipping meals- are a well known feature of migraines. It would help for you to have a regular schedule, sleeping and waking at regular times, eating at regular times, drinking plenty of water and some daily aerobic exercise- such as walking. Even deep breathing and meditation can help prevent migraines.
