I am working from home frm last 4 years. mostly I do night shift. So its tough to sleep in night when I do not have shift. please suggest.

Your circadian rhythm has changed so now your body would work accordingly. Take some safe homeopathic sleep inducing pills which would help you and even your body will not be habituated by it. It would just help in changing the rhythm. Drink warm milk with turmeric or nutmeg before going to bed.
