I recently did a urine routine, it tested positive for leukocyte esterase and also 5-7 WBC/HPF were detected. I am 26 weeks pregnant. Do I need to take some antibiotics fir this, or will this cure on its own if I increase my fluid intake?

If you have no symptoms like burning/frequency /scanty micturition, then you don't require antibiotics. As such there are not much pus cells in urine. So increase your water intake. Take plenty of fluids. This should cure it.

Take lot of fluid intake. App 4 lit per day. If you have no symptoms of infection wait for sometime. Repeat urine. As a rule one should consume drugs in pregnancy if it is utterly essential
