Why my stomach (somewhere in area of uterus) is paining only at night. It's now 6 7 days. Last night it was paining like hell. Please help.

Sharp radiating pain or pricking pain is mainly due to an infection. You need to get yourself treated. You can start with a higher antibiotic. This is usually Colicky Pain caused due to many reasons. We need to understand, the cause of your pain. Once the cause is known, you will not suffer from the same pain again. Hope this helps!
