Hello, I can suggest you few really simple to do tricks which can help you with your memory, concentration & also help you study better. 1. Sleep at least 7 consecutive hours at night 2. Do 30 minutes of rope skipping or brisk walking daily 3. Do at least 15 minutes of pranayama or meditation daily 4. Avoid smoking, alcohol & spicy foods at night 5. Study in this format, 30 minutes study followed by 10 minutes break in which you have to walk around or do stationary cycling. Apply these tricks for next 10 days & get back to me for next action plan. Good luck.
