My baby is six months old. He has developed some kind of infection around his pee area. May be due to sweat and diaper. It's like fungal infection. Can we use soframycin over that area? Or what should we do for quick relief.

Local application does not do any good... and you should think of internal cure... which is possible by proper homoeopathic medicines... It not only cure the skin but improves the general health, and helps in good development of the baby...

Hello, Thanks for the query. If it is fungal infection, then soframycin has no role. But applying any ointments to the delicate skin of an infant should be avoided without a proper doctor's advice. Best is consult your perdiatrician. Thanks.
