My left overy is 10*7.right overy 9*8.E.T is 6 mm. Mild free fluid. If can I get pregnancy or not please suggest me.

It can be due to infections around uterus which are treatable next time go for ultrasound after a course of antibiotics and during midweek presence of eggs in ovaries will reassure you about getting pregnant it's good that you know about swellings around uterus indicating infections in uterus suppose that you had conceived, and infections would have growth of fetus difficult and may be still birth or miscarriage.
