Hi, This is a borderline diabetes case. Your fasting and postprandial values are marginally high. There is no need of medication right now. But start on strict diabetic diet - low carbohydrate and sugar free diet. Take high fiber diet by including lot of raw vegetables, sprouts, whole grams, etc. Walk everyday for 1 hour. Perform yoga and meditation. Avoid sedentary life style. Do not put on weight. Avoid mental tensions and worries. Check your blood and urine sugar levels after 1 month and revert back.
