I have a eczema inner thigh rashes over 8 months, for household treatment I can use aloevera, lobate gm but I didn't find that this is helpful to me. Please help me whether to continue these or something else.

The condition that you are describing might be Tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and genital area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Try to keep the area as dry as possible. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams can lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects. Do not use such steroidal preparations. Do not delay treatment as it may spread further on your body and also to other people living in the household. You may upload the affected area pic for a more accurate diagnosis.
