Having chest pain in top center portion and feeling cough in chest not comes out. Feeling more pain when deep breath from 1 year. Consulted with RML Hospital tested X-Ray, Endoscopy, ECG found Normal and gave pain killers and anti depression pills but no relief. Please prescribe medicines or test (if required).

Dear user. I can understand. You are HEALTH ANXIOUS, it seems. Hypochondriasis is an Obsession with the idea of having a serious but undiagnosed medical condition. Health anxiety is not a serious mental disorder but without proper treatment the person affected could be depressed and continuously engaged in negative thoughts. I suggest online counseling, cognitive Behavior Therapy and Relaxation therapy. Take care.
