I think I have gynecomastia. I read on net that it goes away after age of 21 is that true .I am 20 years old .I hit gym .my chest looks so bad .I worked way too hard to lose that fat chest but it won't help. Please tell me, after 21 everything gonna be normal or not.

Hello- Gynecomastia is a hormonal disorder. It is not normal and cannot subside by itself irrespective of the age. You need to either start a medicinal treatment or a surgical one to get rid of it.
